Wow! Long time no see! Forgive my long hiatus! We have had a lot of changes in our family since I last wrote. The biggest change is a new home base! After YEARS and years of waiting for the perfect home for our family we have finally moved to a new space that is just perfect for us!
Our new home is just the right size for us: 3 bedroom so we can have a boys and a girls room, 1900 sq. ft with the majority of that space in the family spaces where we spend the majority of our time. It sits on just under an acre. A large portion of this is fenced which is great for the four kids and our new adopted dog (more about her later!!). The lot is a quite private setting on a corner with lots of mature trees. Listening to the birds and watching all the wildlife we forget that we are not even 2 minutes down the road from the highway that can take us anywhere we could possibly want to go in a short time! We absolutely love it here!
I would like to share with you all about our new home. I'd also like to walk you through the process I used for moving our entire household relatively painlessly! And after that, I'd like to step into more about what our daily life looks like in our new space. Our journey in living minimally as a family has gotten easier in some ways, but more challenging in others! The reasons may surprise you!
